What is covered in our bronze package?
This covers the boiler and controls and includes:
- All Parts and Labour
- Annual Boiler Service
- Unlimited Call outs
- 24 hr Helpline
- Gas Safe Registered engineer
- Professional updates on work required to bring to current standards and advice given on defects found.
If your boiler and or associated controls breaks down you are covered for call-out, parts and labour and VAT. You are covered for the repair of a single gas fired central heating boiler using water (excluding warm air). If we agree that your boiler is under seven years old we will replace your boiler if it is not possible to repair it, this could be because parts are no longer available or we think it is not economically viable to carry on repairing. If your boiler is older than seven years and or you choose to replace it we will offer you a substantial discount on a new installation. There is no limit to the amount of times you can call us out providing your boiler is NOT beyond economical repair.
What is not covered in our bronze package?
You are not covered for any other part of your central heating system apart from your boiler and controls. Repairing or replacing flues that are not part of your boiler. Upgrading ventilation.

Silver Package
Covers the boiler and controls and central heating system and includes:
- Everything included in Bronze Package plus:
- Parts and Labour cover on your central heating system
- Annual Landlords Gas Safety Inspection to include annual inspection of fixed gas appliances and includes completion of Gas Safety Records and issue of Certificate.
- Professional updates on work required to bring to current standards and advice given on defects found
In addition to the bronze cover we will also cover you for call-out, parts and labour costs in the event that the central heating system and or associated pipe work develops a fault. You are also covered for all radiators. We will carry out an annual gas safety inspection in accordance with “The Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 which specifically deals with the duties and responsibilities upon landlords. Inspection of all gas appliances at the property is also included. We will give advice on any defects found and upgrades required.
What is not included in the silver package?
As per the bronze plus: Where carrying out a Gas Safety Inspection the safety inspection is included but any servicing or essential works required to the appliances are not covered and would be chargeable (apart from the boiler/ heating system).

Gold Package
Covers the boiler and controls and central heating system. It also covers the Plumbing and Drains and includes:
- Everything included in Silver package plus:
- Parts and Labour cover on your plumbing and drainage system.
- Two Yearly inspection on your Plumbing and drainage system.
In addition to the silver cover the Gold Package covers the Plumbing & Drains and includes: hot and cold water pipe work from the main stopcock inside your house leading to your taps, your storage tank, leaking over flow pipes, hot water cylinders and immersion heaters and pipes. The plumbing service / inspection which are carried out two yearly will check for any leaks on the pipe work. The drains cover is for unblocking, and getting access to waste drainage pipes inside the house. Up to a maximum of £1000 inclusive of Vat.
What is not covered in our gold package?
As per the Silver Plus: Repairing or replacing taps. Regular cleaning of drains. Repairing cesspits, soakaways, septic tanks, manholes or their outflow pipes. Repairing mains cold water stopcocks, shower pumps and shower mixer valves, water softeners, combined overflow/pop up waste mechanisms, mechanical pumps, water filters, radiators, swimming pools, rainwater pipe work, guttering, saniflo units or macerators. Repairing or unblocking any drains shared with adjoining properties. Any used for commercial purposes. Replacement of anylead or steel pipes. Any blockages caused by direct misuse of occupiers.

Platinum Package
covers the boiler and controls and central heating system. It also covers the Plumbing and Drains and Fixed Electrical Wiring and annual PAT tests.
- Everything included in Gold Package Plus:
- Two Yearly inspection on your Electrical system.
- Annual Portable appliance testing of all your portable appliances kept and used at the property.
- Fixed Wire Test
In addition to the Gold cover we carry out an initial fixed wire test in accordance with the latest 17th edition wiring regulations, we also carry out a two yearly inspection of the electrical system and include the annual portable appliance tests as required by law. We will standard replacement parts i.e. white plastic fittings and all parts and labour.
What is not covered in our Platinum Package?
As per the Gold Plus: Repairing or replacing the mains supply to the fuse box, replacement of the mains supply to the fuse box, replacement of lead cloth or rubber wiring. Outside lighting or any supply to outbuildings. Repairing pumps, detectors, programmers and timers or repairing controls. We do not PAT Test tenants belongings. We do not include any upgrades that may be required.
