Fault/Breakdown Request
If you are calling about a Gas leak or if you smell gas or are worried about gas safety, you can call the National Gas Emergency Service and National Enquiry lines on 0800 111 999 at any time, day or night. Just pick up the phone, dial the number and you will be put through to a trained operator who will take all the details. If you are deaf or hearing impaired and have a Minicom or Textphone the number to call is 0800 371 787.
If you have an emergency, by emergency we mean large escapes of water from the boiler or any pipe work or severely blocked drains or you have complete loss of power or lighting and you think this will cause damage to you or your personal belongings then please telephone the breakdown line in the first instance, on 0844 472 9500.
